As announced by some game sites, the Japanese release date of La-Mulana will be June 21th.
La-Mulana will be released in Japan prior to other regions.
To our fans, you just have to wait a tiny big longer. We’re sorry, but we’re, of course, doing our best to deliver La-Mulana to you as soon as possible. Currently, we are done with the final check and just waiting for the release date to be determined. We will announce it as soon as we find out, so please wait a little bit more! Additionally, although a date has to be announced, we can confirm (again) that La-Mulana will also be available in Australia.

They can’t “unrelease” the freeware version, of course you can still play it. What kind of world is this when people think you can get a game or album or something, and then years later they can say “you can’t play this anymore” and you have to throw it away? I’m pretty sure you can still play it. It’s only a problem if you are playing the Wii version and you didn’t pay for it.
Excuse me… I know that the release of “La mulana” on Wii it’s great for you guys, Congrats! But I want to know if it’s still ok to play the old freeware version of “La mulana”. I mean. It’s illegal to play it now that has been released on Wii? It’s ok for you?

Actually it’s a PS2 controller as can be noted by the analog led.

I believe they have stated several times that the answer to your question is no. But if you would like to play the original I believe there is a program for mac users that allow them to play windows games. It is called WINE if I remember correctly

Great news! I’ve been looking forward to this for quite a while. One question, though… Will the original, MSX-style version be included in the WiiWare game as a bonus, maybe like an unlockable? That would be great for me, as I was never able to play the original (I have a Mac but not a PC). Cave Story on Wii did something similar, in letting you play with the original graphics/music if you want.
